In 2011 the RFU Legal Helpline responded to 117 calls (compared to 99 in 2010)

The RFU have renewed this contract with Croner for a shorter term (12 months) with the same phone number and hours of operation. 

Our aim is to provide volunteers with immediate access to legal advice thus giving them ‘peace of mind’ knowing initial professional support is just a phone call away.   The service provided by Croner complements support from the RFU legal team and other staff members.

Legal Helpline

Call the RFU Legal Helpline on 0844 5618177 for free legal advice. Rugby administrators can simply call up and quote the scheme number 81066. The service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week (excluding Public Holidays). Qualified advisors will provide immediate, independent advice free of charge and calls are charged at 5p per minute from a BT landline, mobile phone charges may vary.
