3.00pm to 5.00pm-and  7.00pm till 9.00pm - RugbyFirst Training

This will be run as a workshop and training will cover the following areas-

• Accessing the system
• Navigating the system
• The Member list
• Adding & Editing Members
• Searching
• Emailing
• Exporting
• Roles & The Golden Roles
• Membership Types
• Merge Members
• Pending Members
• Reports
• Club Profile

There are no computers so attendees need to bring their own to work practically throughout the evening. The session will be delivered by Max Burton the new RFU RugbyFirst Training Officer.

Clubs are asked that the person attending has:

• A USERNAME & PASSWORD

If you do not have a working, username and password please contact the RugbyFirst help desk (details can be found at the link below) before you attend as we will not be able to set these on the night.

• The Correct Functionality – Attendees must ensure they have the role in the system of ‘Full Webmaster’ or ‘Hon Sec’ This will allow them access to edit their clubs pages, manage and update the System.
