Dear Parents & Players

Thank you for all the hard work you have put in attending training sessions to date. The squad for Sunday's match vs Essex is listed below.

Those of you not selected will be disappointed but please keep working on your rugby. There will be more opportunities.

For those of you who have been selected please note that the match will be staged in development format i.e 3 periods of 20 minutes with rolling substitutions. You will each get at least 20 mins playing time.

Players should arrive by 12.30pm at Thetford RFC in good time for change, warm up, coaching discussions etc. Kick off is at 1.30pm.

Kit will be provided but we recommend that you bring your own black shorts. Also don't forget gumshields and check your studs.

Please also note that there will be a meal for the players after the match and they should wear a shirt and EC tie (or county or club tie if uncapped) - no exceptions.

Lead Coach for the Under 15’s is Stuart Timms and he will have 2 assistant coaches. Nick Pressling will also continue to be involved as overall Lead Coach for the Eastern Counties Squads. Stuart and Nick will be responsible for your development and assessment.

The initial squad will be selected by the first week of January 2010 and players will be invited to attend the training sessions by email. It is very important that you ensure that your contact details are up to date please.

As information becomes available it will be posted here. We have done our best to liaise with the coaching teams at Northampton and Leicester EPDGs to try to ensure there are no date clashes.

From Thetford bypass on the A11 at top roundabout take A134 to King's Lynn. Thetford RFC is located 1.5 miles down at bottom of hill on right hand side (concealed entrance).
